Chicken in Creamy White Wine Sauce

Sawasdii ka! Today we will make chicken in creamy white wine and mushroom sauce, OKay, it’s a long name for a simple dish, but it is easy to cook, Let’s get to it!!!

Cooking Thai Food Ingredients

Ingredients

  1. Free range chicken breast
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Mushroom
  5. Morning glory
  6. Cooking cream
  7. Unsalted butter
  8. Himalayan salt
  9. Black pepper
  10. Parsley flakes
  11. White wine

How to prepare…

How to Prepare Thai Food

  1. Chop an onion, garlic and mushrooms, then boil the morning glory.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and add the garlic and chicken when you smell the garlic and the chicken looks nice with a glowing golden brown colour.
  3. Add onions and turn the chicken over to cook the other side.
  4. Add mushrooms.
  5. Stir it gently until all the ingredients are combined and the meat is soft.
  6. Add cooking cream, salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir it in and add a little white wine.
  8. Add a little more white wine!
  9. Add parsley and serve.

 

PS, To serve, place morning glory in serving dish and pour the sauce on top of the chicken!!

I’m serving up another mussels menu for you again!!

This time we will cook fabulous fusion food, with Thai sweet basil leaf and peppers, both are fresh from our kitchen garden too.

Thai Cooking Ingredients

Ingredients

  1. Unsalted butter
  2. Extra virgin olive oil
  3. White wine
  4. Himalayan salt
  5. Parsley flakes
  6. Black pepper
  7. Thai sweet basil (Horapa)
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Finely chopped onions
  10. Chili
  11. Fresh pepper
  12. Finely chopped garlic
  13. Mussels
  14. Spaghetti

How to Cook Spaghetti with Mussels in Spicy Tomato Sauce

  1. The first thing to do is to start to cook the spaghetti. While you are waiting for the spaghetti you can wash the  vegetables and the mussels.
  2. Heat a pan until hot, then drop some olive oil and butter in it. Then add the garlic and stir until it turns to brown off and smells real good.
  3. Add the chopped chili and peppers.
  4. Add chopped onions.
  5. Add the tomatoes and a little hot water.
  6. Now it’s time to add the mussels, salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Pour some white wine into the mix (approximately 1 tbsp).
  8. Add the Thai sweet basil.
  9. Now add the cooked spaghetti and stir it gently through. Turn off the heat and it is now ready to serve!!

Banana With Coconut Milk (Thai Dessert)

ingredients for bananas in coconut milk - Thai dessertToday i will show you how to cook a very simple Thai dessert. It’s so simple and very easy to cook even my husband could do it, but I’d never let him in the kitchen! 555.

It’s takes 12 Minute to do this!!! So let’s get started.

Serves: 4
Ready in: 12 Minute

Ingredients:

  • 8 ————— Bananas
  • 100 ml ——– Coconut Milk
  • 3 ————– Pandan leaves
  • ½ tsp ——- Salt
  • ½ tbsp —– Sugar
  • Water

 

How to Prepare Bananas with Coconut Milk

  1. Peel the bananas and then cut them in half both ways, just like in the picture below.

2. Add water and pandan leaves to a pot or pan and bring to boil.

3. Add the bananas quarters and cook until they are tender.

5. Add ½ tbsp of sugar and ½ tsp of salt.

6. Add 50ml of coconut milk and everything mix together, then add the remaining 50ml of coconut milk. Remember to keep stirring all the time and slowly bring to boil.

7. That’s it, Serve HOT.

Tada!! It very easy to make this yummy Thai dessert and it take only “12 minute”. This is the perfect dessert if you or your family have a sweet tooth and still get 2 of your five fruits a day!
