Thai Glass Noodle Salad

This recipe is for those of you who love a really spicy salad, Thai style! If that’s you, lets get started!!

Ingredients for Yum Woon Sen

Ingredients

  1. Glass noodle
  2. Chilli
  3. 1 TSP Brown sugar
  4. Lime
  5. Shallot
  6. Onion
  7. Tomato
  8. Vietnams sausage
  9. Celery
  10. Spring onions
  11. Minced pork
  12. Black pepper
  13. Himalayan salt
  14. Hot water

How to prepare…

1. Add water in to a small pan and turn up to a high heat. Add minced pork and sprinkle in some salt to taste and stir until the meat is cooked.

Then pour it in to a big bowl.

2. Boil the Vietnamese sausage for about 3 or four minutes. Boil the glass noodles for about 2 or three minutes.

3. Now add all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl, first add little of the hot water + salt + black pepper + brown sugar + chilli and then mix it all together. Next add the minced pork + Vietnamese sausage + onion + tomato + shallot + lime + glass noodle and then mix it again. At this point you should taste it. If you really love it spicy, add  some more chili, but for me just two is enough!

Finally, add the spring onion and celery and give it a quick stir, now it is ready to serve!!
